We have qualified for Europe in the last five of six seasons. I think our success is down to acquiring players who are basically not getting a game with their big teams in England and we give them an opportunity. We had John Ruddy here for a few seasons who is now linked to a move to Chelsea. Darren Randolph is now Birmingham City Goalkeeper. Michael Higdon our top scorer has now joined Nijmegen. Henrik Ojaama begged to get a trial with us and was willing to play for travel expenses. We signed him and he has now joined Legia Warsaw.We are a successful stepping stone for players who wish moves to big clubs and thats the reason we have been strong. Decent players want to play for us as they get good publicity for big clubs if they play well. All this and we have one of the smallest squads in the league.
